Practice analysis

Comparing Estonian and Czech vocational school practice made clear that in Estonia duration of study is usually 3 years . In Czech Republic duration of vocational study is 4 years.
In both countries students are sent to practice on their first years. Practice takes place on each year

and it concludes with practice report. Comparing practices indicated that the duration of practice is

longer in Czech Republic.

49% Czech and 51% of Estonian questioned students very satisfied with their chosen vocation. In both counties students have to find a practice organization on their own and usually they are not paid for their work during practice. Both Estonian and Czech students value practice as real work experience, which gives them an advantage in entering the labor market.
